Company Profile

In 1999, Celsius relocated to France - to the 'Silicon Valley' of the Mediterranean, Sophia Antipolis. By now, we had sub-contracted all our telemarketing activities and become a specialist in managing multi-country data and lead generation programs.
We expanded rapidly to our current level of some 20 personnel. As a matter of policy, our team includes natives of many countries, including the UK, the USA, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark as well as France. Staff members have a native-level command of many languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Danish and Romanian.

Celsius' senior management team can claim
over 80 man years in B2B direct marketing services:

Tom Richardson (UK) managed the then largest B2B prospect database in the UK in 1976 for Xerox Corp, and founded a software house specialised in salesforce automation and CRM in 1984. He joined Celsius as a partner in 1997 and became CEO in 2004.

Ruud Geensen (Netherlands) joined Celsius in 2001 after several years' experience managing multi-lingual call centres (both for marketing and research) and marketing telemarketing software systems. As our main Account Director, he has worked with a wide range of European and US multinationals.

John Campbell (UK) is our head of Client Services and IT. After a career with Digital, Compaq and Hewlett Packard managing the implementation of a wide range of projects, including several in customer services especially in the banking sector, he joined Celsius in 2007.
